A Bridge To Accessible Living –
Blacktown SDA Bridging Program
Your Accessible Home Starts with Thrive365
A Stepping Stone To Your Forever Home
We understand that the NDIS journey can feel overwhelming at times. Many participants face moments where securing the essentials for daily life becomes difficult—whether it’s finding the right supported living arrangement, accessing suitable accessible accommodation, or being unable to leave hospital because the right funding isn’t yet in place.
The SDA Bridging Program was created to walk alongside participants during these challenging periods. It offers a safe, stable, and fully accessible place to call home without needing SDA funding upfront. This gives participants the space, support, and reassurance they need while working through their NDIS plan, helping them move one step closer to the home that truly feels like theirs.
Located in the heart of Blacktown, this program offers four thoughtfully designed accessible accommodation options for participants who require Improved Liveability or Fully Accessible SDA. This accommodation provides a safe and supportive environment, paired with high-quality onsite Supported Independent Living supports to ensure comfort, stability, and confidence every step across your SDA journey.
With security at its forefront, Blacktown offers a safe and reassuring space where participants can complete all the necessary steps of their SDA journey, knowing they have a place to call home throughout the process. The program provides an environment where support needs can be assessed in a structured and consistent way, while also offering access to a strong allied health network to assist with all required assessments and reports. You can also have peace of mind knowing that long-term options are available through our SIL accommodation should a participant be unsuccessful in securing SDA funding, ensuring stability and continuity of care.
