At Thrive365, we believe in closing the gap between our team in management and our on the ground support staff. Our leadership team is comprehensively involved in the day-to-day practices to ensure our care teams and residents have the best support at all times. That’s our commitment to you.
Our leadership team have over a hundred years combined professional and lived experience in disability care and in addition professional backgrounds from social work, case managers and medical positions that bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Thrive365. Overseen by our highly experienced Director, our team is guided to keeping on Thriving all year round.
Clinical Team
Thrive 365 have Clinical Liasion Officers supporting staff in both NSW & QLD.
The safety of the people we support and our ability to meet their care needs each and every day, is the backbone of our best practice. With extensive experience working in High Physical Support settings and delivering high quality complex care, we know the importance of clinical guidance and ensuring our team has the appropriate skills to get this right.
To meet the needs of our clients and the training and development of our staff, Thrive365 has a designated clinical team. With a robust framework led by our Health Promotion Officer and supporting registered nurses, our team has confidence in supporting a broad range of complex care needs.
Support Work Team
Thrive are trained to work with residents with complex medical requirements & psychosocial impairments.
Supported Independent Living is much more than just providing care. It’s a partnership enabling you to live the life you wish to live.
Our goal is to provide personalised support based on participant needs and empower choice and control, actively take part in activities and relationships that are important. Our team is structured around individual needs and wants, so we can provide a space to Thrive 365 days of the year.
